Course Objectives

By the end of this course, students will:

  1. Understand how adaptive management can increase our ability to learn and meet restoration goals.
  2. Apply adaptive management to low-tech process-based restoration projects.
  3. Develop an adaptive management plan for Birch Creek, articulating objectives, responses, monitoring, maintenance triggers, and subsequent phases.
